La Haute Autorité de Lutte contre la Corruption et les Infractions Assimilées (HALCIA) du Niger a lancé, ce vendredi 14 août 2020, un appel à tous les acteurs impliqués dans l’organisation du Baccalauréat Session 2020 pour des examens propres.
Au Niger, note-t-on, les épreuves écrites du Baccalauréat Session 2020 débuteront le lundi 17 Août prochain. C’est à cette occasion que la HALCIA a voulu appeler les candidats « pour des examens propres, débarrassés de corruption et autres infractions assimilées, comme la fraude ».
En effet, après avoir fait observer que « la corruption en milieu scolaire constitue une grave menace pour le système éducatif de notre pays », avec notamment une perception de plus de 78%, la HALCIA a demandé aux candidats de ne pas être « auteur, co-auteur ou complice de cette descente aux enfers de l’école nigérienne ».
En plus des candidats, la HALCIA a aussi tenu à rappeler aux parents d’élèves, correcteurs, surveillants, membres des jurys et autres acteurs impliqués dans l’organisation des examens du Baccalauréat Session 2020 les dispositions de la loi déterminant et réprimant les fraudes aux examens et concours.
Ces fraudes, tout comme leurs tentatives, note-t-on, constituent un délit puni d’un emprisonnement de un (1) mois à trois (3) ans et d’une amende de cent (100.000) mille à cinq cent (500.000) mille francs, ou de l’une de ces deux peines seulement.
