Un soldat tchadien a été tué par un soldat de la force française Barkhane stationnée au Tchad lors d’un incident survenu ce mardi 5 septembre à Faya, capitale de la province de Borkou, a annoncé Tchad One.
Selon Tchad Infos, une mésentente entre le soldat tchadien et un infirmier militaire s’est envenimée. Le militaire aurait porté trois coups de couteau à l’infirmier, qui à son tour a fait usage de son arme.
La nouvelle du décès s’est rapidement répandue dans la ville, provoquant l’indignation de la population.

Selon la Défense française, cette force repose sur une approche stratégique fondée sur une logique de partenariat avec les principaux pays de la bande sahélo-saharienne (BSS): Mauritanie, Mali, Niger, Tchad et Burkina-Faso.
