Ce communiqué fait cas de l’obligation pour les usagers d’immatriculer leurs engins en circulation sur le territoire de la ville de Niamey et cela en application des dispositions règlementaires du décret N 2017-518/PRN/MT du 16 Juin 2017 portant modalités d’application de la loi N 2014-62 du 5 novembre 2014 portant code de la route.
Les propriétaires de vélomoteurs (motos dont la cylindrée est supérieure ou égale à 50cm3, Inferieur à 125cm3) et les motocyclettes (motos dont la cylindrée est supérieure ou égale à 125cm3) sont concernés par ledit communiqué.
Par ce communiqué et pour un souci de réglementation et sécurisation de la circulation, toutes les motocyclettes et vélomoteurs doivent être immatriculer avant leur mise en circulation. Les contrevenants seront soumis à la rigueur de la loi, prévient le premier policier de la Ville de Niamey. A bon entendeur, circulez !
