Le 13 avril 2021 à Niamey, premier jour du Ramadan 2021, a été marqué par une triste nouvelle. Un tribunal aura beaucoup de difficultés à plaider en faveur d’une telle irresponsabilité qui semble être protégée par un intérêt quelconque qui n’est pas celui de la sécurité des écoliers ni de leur avenir » poursuit-il.
