Dans sa déclaration rendue publique le mercredi 30 janvier dernier au siège de la CGSL/Niger, le bureau exécutif national de l’unité Syndicale des Enseignants Contractuels de Base (USECOB) se dit indigner du mépris affiché par les autorités de la 7e République, vis-à-vis des enseignants contractuels exposés à végéter dans la précarité.
C’est pourquoi, le BEN USECOB a exigé du Gouvernement, le paiement à terme échu des pécules de ses militants dans toute l’étendue du territoire ; le paiement sans condition des pécules du mois de novembre 2018 aux enseignants contractuels redéployés par la décision du 18 septembre 2018; la poursuite du paiement des traitements pécuniaires dans les autres régions à l’instar de Niamey ; l’ouverture immédiate du recrutement de tous les enseignants contractuels à la fonction publique ; l’affectation ou la réaffectation des enseignantes contractuelles mariées dans les lieux d’exercice de leurs maris ; la remise des diplômes CEAP D’IFADEM aux candidats admis, afin de leur permettre l’accès au recrutement.
Aussi, le BEN USECOB tout en demandant à Niger Poste de mettre en place dans les meilleurs délais, un fichier de paiement fiable et assaini, interpelle le ministre des finances afin de tout mettre en œuvre dés le mois de février 2019 pour généraliser le paiement des pécules à travers Niger Poste dans toutes les régions du pays.
Et enfin, le BEN USECOB qui se dit ouvert au dialogue, a appelé ses militantes et militants à se mobiliser pour répondre à tout mot d’ordre qu’il serait amené à émettre en cas de non satisfaction de ses revendications.
