Le Président de la Haute Autorité de Lutte Contre la Corruption et les Infractions Assimilées (HALCIA) Abdouramane Gousmane a présidé, ce vendredi 23 août 2019, la cérémonie de lancement du site web www.halcia.ne, en présence des commissaires de l’institution et de plusieurs personnalités invitées.
A travers ce site, la HALCIA
entend s’approcher des citoyens pour leur faire connaitre tout le travail qu’il
est en train de faire dans la lutte contre la corruption et autres infractions
au Niger.
Selon le Président de la HALCIA, Monsieur Abdouramane
Gousmane, ‘’l’objectif visé à travers la création de ce site est de guider les
utilisateurs vers l’information crédible et facilement accessible relative à la
lutte contre la corruption’’.
Il a, alors, rappelé que
pour mener à bien sa mission de prévention de la corruption au Niger, la HALCIA
a déjà élaboré « une stratégie de communication en vue d’assurer la
visibilité de ses actions, de promouvoir le changement de comportement et de
mettre à la disposition du public des informations fiables favorisant la lutte
contre la corruption et les infractions assimilées ».
En plus de ce site web qui fait objet de la présente
cérémonie de lancement, la HALCIA dispose également des comptes tweeter,
facebook et You tube qui sont régulièrement alimentés.
« A travers la mise en place de ces différents outils,
la HALCIA tient à honorer son devoir de redevabilité sociale et de transparence
dans l’ensemble de ses activités » a laissé entendre le Président
Abdouramane Gousmane.
Dans une présentation faite par l’entreprise ‘’Tech Business’’, conceptrice de ce site, et une séance questions/réponses avec le public, il ressort qu’en plus des rubriques habituelles des sites d’information, le site www.halcia.ne a mis en place une rubrique intitulée ‘’page de plaintes et dénonciations’’. Le citoyen nigérien disposant d’une connexion internet peut désormais, et ce à partir de son téléphone ou son ordinateur, déposer une plainte ou dénoncer une infraction auprès de la HALCIA.
Créée en 2016 sous la tutelle de la présidence de la République du Niger, la HALCIA a enregistré, rien que pour l’année 2019, plus de 180 plaintes et dénonciations, rappelle-t-on.
