De fait, ils étaient toujours cloués au sol et la forte pluie qui s’est abattue sur la capitale nigérienne ce lundi aux premières heures, les a trouvés sur les lieux et ne les a pas épargnés ni leurs bagages. Selon des témoignages recueillis auprès des concernés au nombre de 550, malgré qu’ils aient rempli toutes les formalités depuis plusieurs heures, l’accès au tarmac leur a été refusé sans aucune explication.
