Le Président de la République, Président du Conseil Supérieur de la Magistrature, SEM Mohamed Bazoum, a présidé ce vendredi matin 28 octobre 2022, une cérémonie publique solennelle de prestation de serment du Premier Président de la Cour de Cassation, M.Abdou Dan Galadima et du Premier Président du Conseil d’Etat, M.Nouhou Hamani Mounkaila.
M. Abdou Dan Galadima et M. Nouhou Hamani Mounkaila ont été nommés respectivement Premier Président de la Cour de Cassation et Premier Président du Conseil d’Etat, le 10 octobre dernier, par décrets du Président de la République.
Selon la constitution, avant leur entrée en fonction, ils doivent respectivement prêter serment devant le Président de la République.
La cérémonie s’est déroulée au Centre International de Conférence Mahatma Gandhi de Niamey.
