L’Amicale des Étudiants et Stagiaires Nigériens au Sénégal (AMINESS), a rendu public une déclaration le 11 Mars 2019, dans les locaux de l’Ambassade du Niger au Sénégal, relative à la situation socio-académique de ses militants.
Au plan académique, l’AMINESS déplore le refus des Autorités Rectorale du CESAG, d’accepter l’inscription des étudiants boursiers nigériens au titre de l’année académique 2018-2019. La raison, le non-paiement des frais de formation par l’État du Niger. Il en est de même pour les autres écoles et universités du Sénégal où sont inscrits des étudiants nigériens. En plus du non-paiement des frais de formation et subventions, ils subissent diverses humiliations. C’est le cas des étudiants nigériens en spécialité de médecine, de pharmacie et d’Odontologie qui sont interdits d’accès aux laboratoires pour non-paiement des mêmes frais de formation au titre des années académiques 2016-2017/2017-2018, selon la déclaration.
Sur le plan social, l’AMINESS se dit inquiète de la situation de précarité dans laquelle végètent ses militants. Leurs pécules ou encore les bourses des étudiants inscrits au CESAG n’ont toujours pas été déboursés. L’Amicale dénonce en outre le rejet des dossiers des anciens inscrits à la même école, par décision nº 00121 du 28 septembre 2018 et du non-paiement des frais de transport entre autres.
L’AMINESS qui sollicite auprès des Autorités nigériennes un plus grand sens élevé de patriotisme et d’humanisme pour la résolution définitive des souffrances de ses militants, a appelé ses membres à rester mobilisés et unis pour d’éventuelles actions.
