En marge de la célébration de la semaine mondiale de l’entreprenariat, qui se tiendra jusqu’au 24 novembre 2019, le réseau des structures d’accompagnement de l’entreprenariat au Niger (RESAEN) et le ministère de l’entreprenariat des jeunes ont procédé ce matin 18 novembre dans la salle de conférence de la Chambre de commerce et d’industrie du Niger (CCIN), au lancement de la semaine mondiale de l’entreprenariat sous l’égide du Premier Ministre Brigi Rafini.
Célébrée pour la deuxième fois au Niger, ladite cérémonie marquant le début des activités de la semaine, consacre l’engagement des acteurs à accompagner le secteur privé et particulièrement les jeunes entrepreneurs dans leur rôle de moteur de la croissance économique. A la différence de la première Edition, cette fois-ci cette activité est institutionnalisée à travers la création du RESAEN qui la fédère.
Cet évènement auquel plusieurs jeunes œuvrant dans le domaine de l’entreprenariat, des chefs d’entreprises et des autorités gouvernementales ont répondu présents, vise essentiellement la promotion de l’entreprenariat au Niger et de contribuer de façon significative à l’émergence des PME dans un contexte où cet environnement est en sourdine. L’entreprenariat dispose désormais d’un cadre institutionnel à travers lequel il peut influer de façon plus efficace sur le potentiel entrepreneurial et sur les ressources disponibles pour une croissance économique certaine.
Mme Ibrahim Raki Djermakoye, présidente du RESAEN, précise que ce cadre permettra sans aucun doute de stimuler et de créer des synergies entre tous les acteurs intervenants dans la promotion et le développement des PME pour susciter et encourager la mise en place d’un système de financement innovant et adapté aux besoins. « Notre conviction est que le soutien à la promotion de l’entreprenariat passe par la promotion de structures adaptées d’accompagnement qui permettrait de créer des entrepreneurs-type pour un Niger émergent » a-t-elle ajoutée.
Le ministre de l’entreprenariat des jeunes et le représentant du PNUD au Niger M. Abdoulaye Baldé ont tous réitéré leur entière satisfaction quant à l’initiation et rassure de leur détermination à accompagner ledit évènement. « L’entreprenariat des jeunes est un programme sur lequel le gouvernement porte espoir, et vous savez nous avions enregistré plusieurs avancées significatives qui ont changé notre environnement avec de nombreuses réformes économiques, institutionnelles et juridiques » dixit le ministre.
Plusieurs panels sur l’entreprenariat et la formation des jeunes dans divers domaines seront poursuivis tout au long des activités combinées aux festivités de la Semaine de l’Entrepreneuriat, des communications qui permettront aux jeunes présents d’en tirer profit.
