Dans le cadre de la promotion de la femme et de l’entreprenariat des jeunes au Niger, le Forum National pour l’Automatisation de la Femme (FONAF) tient sa 3eme édition à partir de ce lundi 28 au 31 octobre dans la région d’Agadez. Cadre de réflexion et d’échange d’idées entre les femmes et la jeunesse nigérienne il est placé sous le thème « Les TIC et l’agriculture, alternatives à l’immigration.
Le FONAF 2019 à Agadez, ce sera une plateforme de rencontres, d’échanges d’idées et de réseautage entre les femmes et la jeunesse de la région et ceux issus d’autres villes du pays. Durant quatre (4) jours, ces derniers auront l’occasion d’exposer leurs idées et de les transformer en projets. Des projets qui vont sans nul doute permettre aux femmes de ladite localité d’être autonomes, afin de subvenir à leurs besoins et de devenir des entrepreneures aguerries.
Quant aux jeunes, ce forum est une occasion de susciter en eux la volonté d’entreprendre leurs propres projets. Ce faisant, les promoteurs du FONAF entendent un tant soit peu, lutter contre le chômage, éloigner la jeunesse d’Agadez de certains vices et actes de banditisme et baisser le nombre de candidats à l’immigration irrégulière.
Ces femmes et jeunes de la région d’Agadez vont également bénéficier des formations sur d’importantes thématiques pratiques lors de ce forum. Des expositions ainsi que des ventes privées seront également au menu. Il s’agit pour ces jeunes exposants de s’identifier, se distinguer et se faire valoir. Ce forum veut également mobiliser les chefs d’entreprises du secteur privé pour accompagner, engager et former plus de jeunes et des femmes dans les sociétés. Cette initiative va aussi d’une part faciliter à ces jeunes l’accès aux stages et d’autre part leur permettre une insertion professionnelle plus aisée.
