La bataille en justice autour de la direction du principal parti d’opposition, le Moden Fa Lumana, continue au Niger. Le tribunal de grande instance de Niamey a rendu mardi une ordonnance ordonnant à Noma Oumarou de cesser de se comporter comme le président du parti.
La décision du tribunal de grande instance de Niamey ordonne « la cessation du trouble manifestement illicite créé par Noma Oumarou qui continue de se comporter comme président du parti Moden Fa Lumana ». Les juges ordonnent aussi à Noma Oumarou de cesser « d’utiliser les attributs du parti ».
Le parti de l’opposant historique Hama Amadou fait face à la dissidence menée par Noma Oumarou qui a dirigé le parti lorsque Hama Amadou, condamné dans l’affaire des bébés nigérians volés, était en exil.
Noma Oumarou annonce vouloir faire appel
Il y a dix jours, deux congrès avaient eu lieu le même jour à Dosso, à une centaine de kilomètres de Niamey, au nom du Moden Fa Lumana. D’un côté, les soutiens de Hama Amadou l’avaient proclamé « autorité morale du parti » et désigné candidat pour la présidentielle qui doit avoir lieu le 27 décembre prochain. De l’autre côté, Noma Oumarou avait été élu président du parti par ses supporters.
Mais mardi 29 septembre, la justice a rejeté cette élection dissidente. Et c’est donc Hama Amadou qui remporte la dernière manche de la bataille des chefs.
Mais le feuilleton judiciaire, lui, continue. Dès la publication de l’ordonnance par le greffier du tribunal, Noma Ouamarou a annoncé vouloir faire appel.
