Le premier ministre Ali Mahamane Lamine Zeine a présidé à Agadez, la rencontre régionale en prélude aux assises de consultation nationale du dialogue inclusif. Le comité régionale mis en place dans le cadre des assises de consultation nationale du dialogue inclusif a présenté les résultats de ses travaux devant le chef du gouvernement de transition, en présence de plusieurs membres du gouvernement et du CNSP.
Plusieurs participants ont reproché au comité régional de n’avoir pas fait apparaitre certaines propositions des différentes corporations soumises aux autorités régionales ce qui du reste prête aux doutes et suspicions sur la sincérité et la transparence qui doivent guider l’équipe de rédaction des travaux qui seront présentés dans les jours ou mois à venir à Niamey.
La composition même des membres du comité régional suscite de nombreuses interrogations au risque de lui prêter des attributs qui ne cadrent pas aux idéaux et attentes du CNSP et de la nation nigérienne. Bref le comité régional a annoncé devant les participants prendre acte des critiques et apporter des amendements dans les jours à venir.
Pour sa part le gouverneur de la région le General Ibrah Boulama, a déclaré que la mobilisation des forces vives de la nation est la parfaite manifestation de l’intérêt que les uns et les autres attachent aux besoins de justice ,de bonne gouvernance ,de paix et de sécurité et de développement socio-économique de la région d’’agadez .
Dans son intervention le premier ministre Ali Mahamane Lamine Zeine s’est dit satisfait des échanges avec les forces vives de la nation, les autorités locales, administratives et coutumières.’ Ce qui a le plus attiré mon attention est le message de la chefferie traditionnelle ainsi que des ulémas qui ont tenu à annoncer aux participants que quelques soient nos activités un jour nous allons rendre compte devant Allah le tout-puissant le clément et le miséricordieux. Chacun d’’entre nous a ajouté le premier ministre est un berger à qui Dieu demandera des comptes, le jour où personne ne sera lésé dans le jugement.
Ali Mahamane Lamine Zeine a demandé aux membres du comité régional d’enrichir davantage le mémorandum qui sera présenté lors des assises nationales pour qu’il soit consensuel et inclusif et de prendre en compte l’ensemble des propositions. Le premier ministre a annoncé que le gouvernement de transition fera tout pour la réhabilitation de la RTA, le parachèvement de la transsaharienne, la mise en œuvre de la fibre optique sur le tracé et le renforcement des relations avec l’Algérie. A travers la coopération avec l’Algérie le Niger pourra utiliser le port de ce pays pour les besoins des opérateurs économiques et destiner cette sortie pour les produits futurs que le Niger pourra mettre en place. Le renforcement de la coopération avec la Libye a été également été évoqué par le premier ministre chef du gouvernement de la transition. La paix la quiétude sociale, la sécurité, le développement des secteurs sociaux de base en matière de santé et d’éducation font entre autres partie des préoccupations du CNSP et du gouvernement a dit en substance le premier ministre .
Le General Ibrah a, de son coté félicité le président du CNSP, le premier ministre et l’ensemble des membres du CSP pour cette initiative hautement louable du dialogue national qui permettra d’intégrer toutes les réflexions axées sur priorités et les mécanismes de permettant la refondation de la nation sur la bases de nos valeurs fondamentales.
