Les forces de sécurité intérieure (FSI), que forment la Police Nationale, la Garde Nationale et la Gendarmerie Nationale, à l’initiative d’EUCAP Sahel et de l’Agence Nationale pour la Société de l’Information (ANSI) disposent désormais de leurs vitrines numériques. Ces sites internet ont été officiellement lancés par le Ministre Délégué à la Sécurité Publique, M. Alkash Alhada le jeudi 6 février 2020 à l’hôtel Radisson Blu en présence du ministre conseiller à la Présidence et Directeur Général de l’ANSI Mr Guimba Saidou, du Directeur général de la police et des Hauts commandants de la gendarmerie et de la garde nationale.
Ces trois sites internet développés par l’Agence Digitale ‘’Mougani’’ « vont permettre aux citoyens de s’informer sur les activités et résultats de ces Forces et vont faciliter la communication entre elles tant en interne qu’en direction des nigériens pour promouvoir l’offre de sécurité’’. A indiqué le ministre Alkash.
Ces outils de communication s’inscrivent dans le cadre de la stratégie nationale d’E-gouvernement, un programme de mise en réseau des services de l’Etat et contribuerons aussi à la diffusion d’une image professionnelle de ces institutions, a ajouté le Ministre Délégué.
Les sites restent accessibles et permettront aux éléments de ces forces d’accéder aux informations qui les intéressent (documentation professionnelle, formations …). « Fruit d’un travail de longue haleine mené ensemble avec les partenaires nigériens, initié au terme d’un voyage d’étude en France en octobre 2017, chaque site permet au passage à chacune des Forces de Sécurité Intérieure d’exister pleinement sur la toile par rapport à l’actualité du moment, ses priorités et ce qu’elles souhaitent en partager avec le monde extérieur, que ce soit via un ordinateur classique ou via un accès au travers d’un Smartphone » a souligné Le Chef de Mission EUCAP Sahel Niger Frank Van der Mueren qui, avec le Directeur Général de l’ANSI, Ibrahima Guimba Saidou ont tour à tour pris la parole pour souhaiter la bienvenue aux participants et à souhaiter plein succès à ce projet.
Une présentation des sites web a été faite par l’expert d’EUCAP Sahel, le Commandant Didier Kinche qui est au Niger depuis trois (3) ans dans le cadre de ce projet initié depuis Octobre 2017. Il précise que « chacun des trois sites comporte tout d’abord une partie interne offrant un certain nombre de pages en accès restreint réservées aux personnels des institutions concernées. Il y a ensuite une partie externe, accessible à tous et relevant du service public du corps concerné à l’ensemble de la population ».
Il a enfin indiqué que ces sites seront hébergés à l’Agence Nationale pour la Société de l’Information (ANSI).
Au terme de la cérémonie, les premiers responsables des trois institutions ont cliqué sur les touches des ordinateurs, lançant officiellement l’accès aux pages des différents sites Internet.
