Le Président de la République, Mohamed Bazoum a effectué du 19 au 21 juillet 2023, une visite de travail et de proximité auprès des populations de la région de Tahoua. Au programme de ces trois jours de visite, le Chef de l’État a d’abord présidé à l’inauguration de l’usine de cimenterie CBM de Badaguichiri, avant de procéder à une série d’inauguration des réseaux routiers et le lancement d’autres travaux de construction d’infrastructures routières sur la route RTA (Route Tahoua-Arlit).
Dès son arrivée dans la capitale de l’Ader, le Président de la République a procédé à l’inauguration de la nouvelle usine de cimenterie de la China Africa Building Material (CBM) de Badaguichiri. Un chef-d’œuvre industriel, fruit de la coopération sino-nigérienne qui ouvre la voie du Niger vers son autosuffisance en matière de production du ciment en quantité et en qualité.
Avec un investissement de 159 milliards de francs CFA, l’usine de cimenterie Badaguichiri a une capacité de production annuelle d’un million de tonnes, soit 3000 tonnes par jour de sa marque ‹‹ Mango Ciment ››.
Selon Zhang Zong Feng, depuis sa production au mois de mai, Mango Ciment a gagné l’appréciation du marché nigérien, grâce à sa bonne qualité, l’approvisionnement stable et son prix raisonnable ››.
De plus, l’implantation de ce joyau industriel a permis la création de plus de 600 emplois directs et plus de 2000 emplois indirects, tous des nationaux. Ce qui rentre dans la droite ligne du programme de Renaissance Acte 3 du Président de la République, Mohamed Bazoum.
Il s’agit pour la ministre de l’industrie et de l’entrepreneuriat des jeunes, Salamatou Gourouza Magagi de l’une des plus grandes réalisations industrielles dans l’histoire du Niger. ‹‹ La concrétisation de l’engagement du Président de la République, de doter chacune des régions du pays, d’une entreprise industrielle ››.
Le reste de l’agenda du Chef de l’État dans la capitale de l’Ader a été consacré à l’inauguration de routes bitumées et aux lancement des travaux d’autres infrastructures routières.
Après la cimenterie de Badaguichiri, le Président Bazoum a procédé à l’inauguration de la route Yaya-Dangona longue de 67 km. Ce tronçon permet aux usagers de l’axe Niamey-Tahoua de réduire environ 50 km la distance, en évitant Konni.
Au lendemain de sa visite, le Chef de l’État a inauguré la route bitumée Tahoua-Tabalak (50 km) qui fait partie du projet de réhabilitation de la route Tahoua-Arlit (RTA). L’objectif est d’améliorer le réseau routier en facilitant le trafic et l’écoulement des produits agro-pastoraux des localités connexes.
D’un coût de 28 741 098 815 FCFA, les travaux de cette infrastructure ont été réalisés grâce à un partenariat public-privé (PPP) par l’entreprise nigérienne MBC Travaux Publics.
À l’issue de la cérémonie d’inauguration, le Président de la République a affirmé qu’il là d’ ‹‹ une route cruciale, à caractère véritablement national. Afin d’améliorer le trafic routier, le Chef de l’État tient réellement à cœur la poursuite de ses réalisations, renforçant davantage l’interconnectivité des régions et de façon générale, le Niger tout entier. C’est dans ce sens qu’il a annoncé que les travaux des segments Agadez moitié Arlit et Arlit seront terminés dans deux ans.
Au dernier jour de sa visite de travail, le Chef de l’État présidé à la cérémonie de lancement officiel des travaux de construction de la route Abalak-Tamaya d’une distance de 70 km. Le projet de construction est financé par la République populaire de Chine à environ 47,2 milliards de francs CFA et les travaux seront exécutés par l’entreprise China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation (CCECC) pour une durée de 36 mois.
Le ministre de l’équipement, Gado Sabo Moctar a saisi l’occasion pour saluer la qualité de la relation de coopération entre la Chine et le Niger.
Après avoir procédé au lancement des travaux, le Président de la République a souligné l’importance que revêt les voies de communication dans l’économie d’un pays. À ce sujet, il a déclaré qu’ ‹‹ en dehors du bien-être que cela procure à la population, le développement des infrastructures routières participe au développement du pays ››.
En somme, ces trois jours de visite du Président de la République dans la région de Tahoua, est aussi l’occasion pour lui de renouer avec les populations, cette proximité dont il a toujours fait preuve.
