Le ministre de l’enseignement Supérieur et de la recherche a rencontré, ce jeudi 11 Novembre 2021, les recteurs des 8 universités publiques du Niger et leurs responsables financiers.
Quatre (4) points étaient à l’ordre de cette rencontre à savoir : l’Évaluation du niveau d’exécution de l’année académique 2020 – 2021, le recrutement des enseignants chercheurs et enseignants Technologues, la restructuration des universités et le projet ECOBANK de Bancarisation des Bourses et des salaires des enseignants chercheurs et du personnel administratif et technique PAT.
Tous ces points ont été débattus par les participants. Par rapport au niveau d’exécution de l’année académique 2020 – 2021, Il ressort que certaines universités ont fini l’année et dans d’autres ça reste encore. Relativement au recrutement de 170 enseignants-chercheurs et enseignants Technologues, le processus est lancé.
Il est donc attendu au sortir de cette réunion, de faire des propositions concrètes et consensuelles qui seront transmises au gouvernement. « Moi je n’ai aucun problème, j’attends de vous, des propositions que je défendrai auprès du premier ministre, chef du gouvernement » a laissé entendre le ministre de l’enseignement Supérieur et de la recherche, Mamoudou DJIBO, PhD.
S’agissant du point relatif à la Bancarisation des bourses et des salaires des enseignants chercheurs et PAT, les recteurs des universités et leurs responsables financiers, ont été bien éclairés par les responsables de l’ECOBANK qui sont venus pour la circonstance. A ce niveau aussi, les concertations sur les conditions de la faisabilité du projet, se poursuivent entre les chefs du projet et les responsables financiers des universités publiques du Niger.
Cette rencontre entre le ministre de l’enseignement Supérieur et de la recherche et les 8 recteurs des universités publiques, vise à créer toutes les conditions pour améliore le cadre d’études et de travail dans les universités publiques du Niger, mais aussi de faire le point des préparatifs de la rentrée académique 2021 – 2022 dans ces universités.
