Arrêté le 03 Décembre dernier à son domicile, l’activiste Moussa Tchangari, secrétaire général de l’association nigérienne Alternative Citoyenne AEC a finalement été déposé à la prison civile de Filingué à l’est de Niamey.
Après une garde à vue qui aura duré plus d’un mois, l’activiste a été présenté le vendredi 03 Janvier dernier au doyen des juges d’instruction du Tribunal de Grande Instance hors classe de Niamey. Pour rappel, cet acteur de la société civile nigérienne était visé par trois chefs d’accusation portant notamment sur apologie du terrorisme, association de malfaiteurs en lien avec le terrorisme et atteinte à la sûreté de l’état. Au terme de sa présentation le 03 janvier dernier, deux chefs d’accusation se sont ajoutés à ceux déjà connus. Moussa Tchangari est désormais accusé également d’«atteinte à la défense nationale» et d’«intelligence avec des puissances ennemies».
Selon un proche collaborateur du mis en cause, il ne s’agit là que de «la première étape».
