Au Niger, le prix du litre de gasoil passe désormais de 538f à 668f CFA à la pompe à partir du 1er août 2022, selon un communiqué du gouvernement rendu public, ce dimanche 31 juillet 2022, sur les antennes de la télévision nationale par le Ministre du commerce, Alkache Alhada.
Le gouvernement explique cette augmentation par la guerre en Ukraine qui a fait passer de 80 dollars le baril du pétrole brut en janvier 2022 à 123 dollars aujourd’hui.
Notons qu’il y a deux mois seulement, le Niger a connu une forte pénurie de gasoil amenant les autorités à suspendre certaines importations du produit tout en maintenant les mêmes prix à la pompe.
