Déclaration du Front Patriotique pour la Souveraineté
Le 26 juillet 2023, l’armée nigérienne emboitait le pas aux armées malienne et burkinabé en libérant le peuple nigérien des mains d’un système mafieux et dangereusement enraciné dans le Niger profond. Un système qui a écorné l’image du Niger à l’international et qui empêchait toute synergie d’action avec ses voisins immédiats, une synergie pourtant indispensable pour le processus de sécurisation de ses frontières.
Aujourd’hui la mutualisation des efforts du Mali, du Burkina Faso et du Niger facilite une meilleure mobilité des différentes forces armées de part et d’autre des frontières, mobilité qui permet d’engranger des succès éclatants au grand bonheur des populations.
L’Afrique a les yeux rivés sur nos trois pays, du fait non seulement des efforts dans la lutte contre l’insécurité mais aussi en raison de la mise sur pied de l’Alliance des Etats du Sahel, nul doute, le premier cadre d’intégration sous régionale sans influence externe et ancré dans nos réalités socioculturelles.
Avec la libération de Kidal, l’armée malienne vient prouver une fois de plus à la face du monde que l’Afrique est suffisamment mature pour prendre en charge son destin. Cette prouesse constitue un signal fort et un message clair à l’endroit de ceux qui sont dubitatifs quant à la capacité de l’Afrique à se prendre en charge et à faire face à toute menace de quelque nature qu’elle soit et d’où qu’elle vienne. Le Front Patriotique pour la Souveraineté félicite le gouvernement malien, l’armée malienne, au-delà le peuple malien pour ce sursaut patriotique qui met fin, à plus d’une décennie de partition du Mali voulue et entretenue par les forces du mal, particulièrement la France avec son projet funeste et lugubre de création de l’Etat d’Azawad.
Aujourd’hui plus que jamais, les pays de l’Alliance des Etats du Sahel sont décidés à recouvrer l’intégrité de leurs territoires et à assurer la sécurité des personnes et de leurs biens.
Au Niger, après quatre mois de gouvernance militaire, il se dégage une situation globalement satisfaisante.
Sur le plan sécuritaire la collaboration entre les trois pays est désormais effective et l’interopérabilité des forces armées malienne, burkinabé et nigérienne stabilisera Incha Allah la Zone dite des « 3 frontières »
Malgré les sanctions criminelles imposées à notre peuple par la CEDEAO et l’UEMOA, sous la guidance de la France ; le Niger reste debout au point où la capacité de résilience et l’élan patriotique du peuple nigérien autour du CNSP font aujourd’hui école de part le monde.
D’ores et déjà le front patriotique a formulé des plaintes devant la Cour Africaine des Droits de l’Homme et des Peuples ( CADHP) pour génocide et violation grave des Droits Humains contre les Présidents Talon, Ouattara , Tinubu et Macky Sall
Le 02 septembre 2023, à l’appel du Front Patriotique pour la Souveraineté, le Niger a montré à la face du monde, qu’il reste un et indivisible suite à la marche historique suivie de sit-in permanent devant l’escadrille pour contraindre l’armée française à quitter notre sol. Aujourd’hui avec l’engagement des oulémas, des organisations féminines, des Organisations de la société civile, des médias, des artistes et de nos FDS et au-delà du peuple tout entier, c’est chose faite ou presque puisqu’il ne reste qu’un nombre résiduel des forces françaises. Malgré ce retrait nous restons vigilants à travers nos brigades de veille qui assurent la permanence, nuit et jour jusqu’au départ du dernier soldat français.
Ce qui n’est pas du goût des partisans de la France et de la CEDEAO qui après avoir appelé à asphyxier le peuple nigérien par la suspension de l’électricité, le non approvisionnement en produits pharmaceutique ; l’assèchement du secteur bancaire et la fermeture des frontières, attendaient comme Crésus, le bombardement du palais présidentiel et de notre pays pour rétablir leur soi-disant « Ordre Constitutionnel normal ».
Tout espoir étant perdu pour ces aventuriers qui ne savent plus à quel saint se vouer, il ne leur reste à présent que d’entretenir l’illusion d’une division de la société civile nigérienne, d’annoncer une rupture entre le CNSP et le Front Patriotique et pire décréter la fin de la lutte dont ils n’ont été ni les initiateurs ni même des acteurs sincères.
Mais qu’ils se rassurent sur le fait qu’ils ont déjà lamentablement échoué.
Le Front Patriotique réitère une fois de plus, qu’il n’est pas un comité de soutien mais un partenaire de lutte du CNSP dont l’engagement n’est ni saisonnier ni intéressé comme celui de certaines organisations nées après le 26 juillet 2023 ;
Le combat du Front Patriotique pour la Souveraineté reste celui du peuple nigérien pour une indépendance et une souveraineté assumées, pour une justice indépendante au service exclusif du peuple ; un combat pour un assainissement qui doit viser toutes les personnes sans aucune exception, auteurs, coauteurs et complices d’actes de corruption, de détournements de deniers publics ou d’infractions assimilées.
Le Front Patriotique pour la Souveraineté salue la mise en place de la COLDEFF en qui le peuple nigérien fonde un espoir immense afin de rompre avec le cycle infernal dont il a souffert ces dernières années.
Cette volonté de rendre justice au peuple nigérien, doit irrémédiablement passer par l’abrogation des textes de loi taillés sur mesure ci-après :
La loi instituant une retraite parlementaire et la dissolution de la Caisse de Retraite des Parlementaires (CARPA);
La loi portant rehaussement de l’âge de la retraite à 62 et le recrutement des jeunes à la fonction publique ;
La loi accordant des avantages aux anciens PRN, PAN et PM.
Mieux, les nigériens attendent impatiemment :
La libération des prisonniers politiques civils et militaires qui gardent toujours prison alors même qu’ils avaient dénoncé au même titre que nous tous les failles du régime déchu en son temps;
La révision du prix du carburant à la pompe pour accompagner le sacrifice du peuple nigérien dans ce contexte inédit et particulier ;
La prise des dispositions nécessaires pour garantir l’approvisionnement du pays en denrées de première nécessité en cette période de guerre en vu de minimiser les intoxications et les manipulations ;
Le remplacement des maires, pièces maitresses qui ont servi et qui servent aujourd’hui encore de piédestal au régime déchu.
Le Front Patriotique salue les efforts du CNSP et du Gouvernement afin de parvenir à la levée des sanctions inhumaines et illégales de la CEDEAO. Le front apprécie notamment le retour du Niger sur la scène internationale lors du forum sur la paix et la sécurité à Lomé, du déplacement du Premier Ministre en Arabie Saoudite ainsi que le récent le voyage du Président CNSP au Mali et Burkina Faso et les encourage à persévérer dans cet élan.
Le Front Patriotique pour la Souveraineté félicite le CNSP suite à l’abrogation de la loi 2015-36 relative au trafic illicite des migrants
Le Front Patriotique pour la Souveraineté lance un appel à tous les nigériens pour une mobilisation exceptionnelle à travers une marche suivie meeting de la place Toumo au Rond-Point Escadrille, le samedi 09 décembre 2023 coïncidant avec la veille du sommet de la CEDEAO afin d’exiger la levée immédiate des toutes les sanctions injustement imposées à notre peuple ou à défaut le retrait de notre pays de toutes les institutions régionales comme la CEDEAO, l’UEMOA et la FRANCOPHONIE à la solde de l’impérialisme français.
Enfin, le Front Patriotique demande au peuple nigérien de redoubler d’effort et de rester serein et de ne céder à aucune subversion tendant à émousser l’élan patriotique né depuis le 26 juillet 2023.
