Le Secrétaire Général de l’Organisation Patronale des Gares Modernes (OPGM) a animé un point presse, dans l’après-midi de ce mardi 24 octobre 2023, au cours duquel les compagnies de transport se sont engagées à verser 200.000f CFA chaque mois et par compagnie pour alimenter le fonds de solidarité pour la sauvegarde de la patrie.
Cet engagement fait suite à la disposition de l’ordonnance signée par le Président du CNSP, qui a trait au prélèvement de 10f sur chaque billet de transport voyageur afin de contribuer à la mobilisation des ressources du Fonds de Solidarité pour la Sauvegarde de la Patrie (FSSP).
A travers ce point de presse qui s’est déroulé en présence de la Présidente du FSSP, l’OPGM a tenu à annoncer la mise en pratique effective de cette disposition d’où les compagnies de transport voyageur s’engagent à faire chaque mois un versement de 200.000f par compagnie de transport, soit un montant de 3.400.000f au compte du FSSP.
M. Mohamed Bendahane a aussi expliqué que « les 200.000f correspondent à peu près à 20 milles tickets ce qui aujourd’hui est pratiquement inatteignable par toutes les compagnies de transport, mais nous avons voulu de faire en sorte que toutes les compagnies puissent verser ce montant afin de contribuer à ce que le fonds puisse être alimenté de manière conséquente et de manière régulière également ».
« J’aimerais aussi que tous nos voyageurs se sentent concernés parce qu’en fin de compte, c’est à leur nom qu’on est en train de payer ce montant car l’esprit de cette ordonnance c’est de faire en sorte que tout le monde soit impliqué et que tout le monde soit concerné quelque soit son âge, quelque soit la génération à laquelle il appartient », a-t-il ajouté.
« Il faut aussi que les voyageurs comprennent que ces 10f par ticket sont pris en charge par les compagnies, car après avoir étudié le montant qui serait reversé en cas de statistique réelle que ce montant serait dérisoire, les compagnies ont décidé de prendre en charge 200.000f par compagnie ce qui fait à peu près une moyenne de 20.000 passagers par mois », a-t-il précisé.
Selon le SG de l’OPGM, « la pédagogie qu’il y a derrière cette disposition, c’est de faire en sorte que tous les nigériens adhèrent et qu’ils se sentent portés par un engagement de solidarité comme le sont nos responsables qui sont à l’initiative de cette ordonnance ».
