Ce projet, financé par la Banque Africaine de développement (BAD) à hauteur de 132 milliards de FCFA, est mené en collaboration avec plusieurs partenaires. Il regroupe des responsables financiers et des informaticiens issus des neuf pays membres de l’Autorité du Bassin du Niger (ABN), représentant diverses institutions. À travers cette initiative, les organisateurs entendent renforcer les capacités des participants afin d’assurer une gestion plus efficiente et transparente des données financières.
Le logiciel TOM2PRO est un outil clé pour la gestion des finances publiques et privées dans plusieurs pays de la sous-région. Sa conformité au SYCBENL est essentielle pour garantir l’harmonisation des rapports comptables et faciliter les processus d’audit et de contrôle.
L’une des principales innovations de cette formation réside dans l’intégration des modules TOM2Monitoring et TOM2EtatsFin, qui offrent des fonctionnalités avancées pour le suivi et l’analyse des états financiers. Ces outils permettent notamment d’automatiser certaines tâches et d’améliorer la réactivité des institutions face aux exigences de reporting.
Pendant ces deux semaines, les participants alterneront entre des sessions théoriques et des mises en situation pratiques. Ils travailleront sur des cas concrets afin de maîtriser l’ensemble des fonctionnalités du logiciel, du paramétrage initial à l’exploitation des données consolidées.

Seyni Ousseini, coordonnateur régional du Programme intégré de développement et d’adaptation climatique (PIDACC), « Il est essentiel que les acteurs impliqués puissent non seulement comprendre le fonctionnement du logiciel, mais aussi l’adapter aux réalités spécifiques de leurs structures. »
