Le comité directeur des scolaires du Niger a organisé ce mardi 14 janvier 2025 une gigantesque manifestation de lutte contre l’impérialisme, à la place de la concertation de Niamey.
En entame de ses propos, le secrétaire général du comité directeur des scolaires Effred Mouloul Al’hasan a rendu hommage au président du CNSP, et a demandé à l’assistance de lui emboîter le pas « Il mérite d’être soutenu dans toutes les tempêtes, même les plus volcaniques, dans toutes les vastitudes, car c’est un combat pour nous, pour la génération de l’avenir. Il faudrait que la jeunesse nigérienne soit le leitmotiv sur lequel doit s’appuyer le CNSP. »
Partant du discours du président sur les tentatives de déstabilisation du Niger, le SG a attiré l’attention des scolaires dans le sens de la sensibilisation : « il faudrait que nous sensibilisions nos parents dans nos maisons, que nous soyons des ambassadeurs dans nos Fadas et dans nos quartiers pour que cette lutte aboutisse et pour que le CNSP et l’AES triomphent devant l’histoire. »
Pour les scolaires nigériens, il existe des points de divergences relatives notamment au paiement de la bourse et de l’aide sociale pour les étudiants. « Aujourd’hui, où nous vous parlons, on n’a pas payé le mois d’octobre, novembre et décembre de 2022 alors qu’on est en 2025» explique Effred Mouloul Al’hasan qui dresse ensuite une liste de revendications portant sur la vie estudiantine que sur le plan éducatif. « Nous demandons la réduction des frais de BTS d’État, ainsi que de diminuer les frais de scolarité des écoles privées, mais aussi de faire don des bus garés dans les casernes aux étudiants » affirme le secrétaire général du comité directeur des scolaires.
Les membres du CNSP présents à cette manifestation, ont affirmé avoir prêté une oreille attentive et assurent que « le message sera transmis et qu’ils trouveront une solution». Ils ont par ailleurs rappelé que le pays est dans une phase de reconstitution, cherchant à atteindre l’émergence avec trois points essentiels à savoir la paix, la stabilité, et la lutte contre la pauvreté et les inégalités sociales.
Étaient présents à cette mobilisation, la société civile, le président des parents d’élèves, le conseil national de la jeunesse, les forces de défense, les syndicats frères et amis de l’USN section UENUN et UEPTN, les anciens cadres, les élèves et étudiants, et bien d’autres.
