L’Etat du Niger vient d’octroyer quatre (4) permis miniers de recherches d’or dans le département de Bilma, Région d’Agadez, à la société DJADO GOLD NIGER.
La décision est prise par le Gouvernement, réuni en conseil des ministres, ce jeudi 5 Août 2021, sous la présidence du Président de la République Mohamed Bazoum.
Ces quatre permis miniers, précise-t-on, concerne le site « DISSILAK 14 » ; le « DISSILAK 19 » ; le site « DISSILAK 25 » et le site« DJADO 21 ».
Pour chaque permis de recherche, un projet de décret portant approbation et publication au Journal Officiel de convention minière entre la République du Niger et la société DJADO GOLD NIGER a été approuvé par le Gouvernement.
La société DJADO GOLD NIGER SA, rapporte le communiqué, « est une société de droit nigérien, avec un capital social de dix millions (10 000 000) de FCFA. Elle s’engage à investir dans les trois (3) ans suivant la signature des quatre (04) Conventions Minières, un montant minimum égal à trois millions quatre cent cinquante mille (3 450 000) dollars US, pour la réalisation de ses activités de recherche de l’or.
Selon l’Exécutif nigérien, de l’octroi des permis « DISSILAK 14, DISSILAK 19, DISSILAK 25 et DJADO 21 », les retombées immédiates attendues, outre les recettes fiscales, sont la création de quatre-vingt (80) emplois directs et indirects ; la contribution au développement local des communes dans lesquelles elle conduira ses activités à hauteur de cent vingt mille 120 000 dollars US, soit 30 000 dollars US par période de validité et par permis ; ainsi que la contribution au renforcement des capacités des agents de l’Administration des mines et de la géologie à hauteur de dix mille (10 000) dollars US par an, pour chacun des permis.
