A travers un communiqué publié ce vendredi 5 novembre 2021, l’Association des Anciens parlementaires du Niger (AAPN), qui a tenu le 31 octobre dernier sa première assemblée générale, n’est pas restée insensible au nouveau drame qui frappe le pays. Elle a marqué son soutien et sa compassion suite à ce qu’elle considère comme une « barbarie ». L’AAPN appelle instamment les autorités nigériennes à « poursuivre la montée en puissance de nos forces de défense et de sécurité ».
Message de compassion de l’association des anciens parlementaires du Niger suite aux tueries de Banibangou
L’Association des Anciens parlementaires du Niger (AAPN) a appris avec une profonde affliction les tueries survenues près de la commune de Banibangou qui s’étaient soldées par la mort de 69 civils dont le maire de cette localité et suppléant du Député National élu au titre de cette circonscription spéciale.
Cette embuscade est une barbarie de plus des individus se revendiquant de djihadisme, qui vient endeuiller la population Nigérienne déjà éprouvée.
En cette circonstance douloureuse, l’association des anciens parlementaires du Niger exprime sa compassion au nom des ses membres aux familles biologiques éplorées, à l’honorable député Karidjo Zakara et à la Nation nigérienne avec à sa tête SEM Mohamed Bazoum, président de la République, chef des armées.
L’Association saisit l’occasion pour lancer un vibrant appel à la cohésion nationale derrière les autorités nationales ainsi que nos forces de défense et de sécurité pour affronter avec courage et discernement, le terrorisme, ce fléau planétaire de notre temps.
L’AAPN exhorte les autorités à poursuivre la montée en puissance de nos forces de défense et de sécurité en renforçant davantage conditions de collaboration civilo-militaires et en tirant les avantages compétitifs de la coopération militaire entre notre pays et ses partenaires traditionnels.
L’association s’engage à œuvrer pour la cohésion intercommunautaire et au civisme en matière de sécurité.
