Le Bureau Exécutif du Syndicat National des Agents des Impôts (BEN/SNAI), à travers un communiqué de presse rendu public le 07 Août 2024 remet en cause la déstabilisation du SNAI de la CDTN annoncé quelques jours plus tôt par Moussa Oumarou, ex SG du SNAI.
Le communiqué affirme en effet que Moussa Oumarou « n’a aucune qualité pour agir au nom du SNAI », n’étant plus en fonction à la tête de l’organisation.
Occasion également pour le Syndicat National des Agents des Impôts de rappeler que l’actuel bureau exécutif issu du congrès extraordinaire de Juillet 2022 et actuellement dirigé par Abass Falalou est « le seul et unique partenaire incontournable au sein de la DGI ». De même, le communiqué rappelle les conditions de désaffiliation du SNAI de la CDTN qui ne peut intervenir « que sur décision du conseil syndical et entérinée par le congrès ».
Depuis quelques années, le Syndicat des Agents des Impôts du Niger, s’enfonce dans une sempiternelle crise. Deux congrès extraordinaire, organisés en mai et juillet 2022, n’ont pas permis de concilier les deux camps. En dépit de l’intervention de la Centrale d’affiliation (CDTN) et de la Direction Générale des Impôts (GDI) qui ont tenté une médiation, « l’ancien » Bureau Exécutif National (BEN) dit ne pas reconnaitre « le nouveau » qu’il qualifie d’ « illégal et illégitime ».
Il faut rappeler que Moussa Oumarou était précédemment Secrétaire Général du SNAI, poste qu’il a occupé pendant plus de 10 ans.
