Le PDCI (Parti démocratique de Côte d’Ivoire) et le PPA-CI (Parti des peuples africains-Côte d’Ivoire) ont publié un communiqué conjoint relatif au contentieux électoral. Henri Konan Bédié (HKB) et Laurent Gbagbo ont appelé leurs structures respectives à travailler en étroite collaboration afin de garantir le succès de l’opération.
Dans le cadre du contentieux électoral, la phase des réclamations aura lieu du 1er au 10 juin 2023. À cet effet, Henri Konan Bédié et Laurent Gbagbo invitent l’ensemble des militants et symathisans du PDCI-RDA et du PPA-CI à se mobiliser afin de vérifier sur les lieux d’affichage leur inscription effective sur la liste sur la liste électorale. Les deux leaders politiques leur demandent également d’en relever, le cas échéant toutes les irrégularités qu’ils pourraient constater.
Par ailleurs, dans le souci de « garantir le succès de cette opération cruciale dans le processus électoral, les deux présidents instruisent leurs structures de suivi des élections, tant au niveau central qu’au niveau local, à travailler en étroite collaboration ».
On apprend dans la note que Bédié et Gbagbo « du prix au bon déroulement de cette opération, indispensable pour garantir un scrutin démocratique, juste et transparent, gage d’une paix durable en Côte d’Ivoire ».
Les élections régionales et municipales sont prévues pour le 2 septembre 2023, faut-il le rappeler.
