Dans un contexte de crise sanitaire du COVID-19, le Projet d’Appui aux Gouvernements Ouverts Francophones (PAGOF), financé par l’Agence française de développement (AFD), lance un appel à propositions à l’attention des organisations de la société civile (OSC) afin de les appuyer à répondre au mieux à la pandémie dans les domaines de la transparence, l’accès à une information fiable et la participation citoyenne.
Cet appel à propositions permettra l’émergence de pratiques innovantes portées par des OSC établies dans les pays suivant : Tunisie, Burkina Faso, Côte d’Ivoire, Sénégal, Maroc, Bénin, Guinée, Cameroun, Madagascar, Niger, Ile Maurice.
L’objectif général du Projet d’Appui aux Gouvernements Ouverts Francophones (PAGOF) est de soutenir et accompagner les administrations et la société civile (dont les médias) des pays bénéficiaires (Tunisie, Burkina Faso et Côte d’Ivoire) dans la réalisation de leurs engagements en lien avec le gouvernement ouvert afin de respecter les principes que sont la transparence de l’action publique et l’accès aux données, l’intégrité de l’action publique et des agents publics et l’utilisation des nouvelles technologies en faveur de l’ouverture et de la redevabilité. Le présent « appel à propositions thématique » permettra l’émergence de pratiques innovantes portées par des OSC établies dans des pays membres du Partenariat pour un Gouvernement Ouvert (PGO) ou dans des pays qui n’en sont pas membres.
