Le CCRT, c’est un allégement du service de la dette basée sur des subventions d’environ 500 millions de dollars, y compris la promesse de 185 millions de dollars par le Royaume-Uni et 100 millions de dollars fournis par le Japon en tant que ressources immédiatement disponibles.
