Le Syndicat National des Agents des Cadres des Eaux et Forêts (SYNACEF),
Le Syndicat National des Travailleurs des Eaux et Forêts (SNATEF).
La mesure entre en vigueur à compter de la date de signature du document, et s’inscrit dans le cadre plus large du processus de refondation institutionnelle engagé par les autorités issues du Conseil National pour la Sauvegarde de la Patrie (CNSP).
Cette décision intervient dans un climat de réformes accélérées, où la sécurité nationale, la cohésion des corps de défense et le contrôle institutionnel sont devenus des priorités. Elle illustre également la volonté des autorités de mettre en œuvre sans délai les prescriptions de la Charte de la Refondation, document fondateur de la nouvelle orientation politique du pays.
